Terms and Conditions for Ophthalmological Surgery Credits
Below are the terms and conditions applicable to the application and granting of credits for ophthalmological surgeries offered by SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y TOURISM LPS:
Credit Application: 1.1. Patients who wish to apply for a credit to cover the costs of ophthalmic surgeries must complete and submit the credit application form provided by the clinic. 1.2. The credit application is subject to the approval of ARRENDADORA TECNOLÓGICA R&B and the acceptance of the terms and conditions established by it.
Eligibility: 2.1. Eligibility to obtain credit will be subject to financial criteria determined by ARRENDADORA TECNOLÓGICA R&B, including, among others, credit history and payment capacity. 2.2. The clinic reserves the right to reject any credit application without the need to provide explanations.
Costs and Rates: 3.1. The total costs of ophthalmic surgery, including medical fees, prior examinations, surgical materials and any other related charges, will be detailed in an estimate provided to the patient. 3.2. The patient must pay any applicable fees as agreed in the estimate prior to performing the surgery.
Interest and Payments: 4.1. The credits will be subject to an interest rate of 35% and payment conditions established by ARRENDADORA TECNOLÓGICA R&B. 4.2. The patient will be responsible for making payments as agreed with the financial institution, in accordance with the established payment schedule. 4.3. Failure to pay the agreed upon installments will result in an additional 3% financial penalty and the possibility of the financial institution taking legal action to recover the amount owed.
Patient Responsibilities: 5.1. The patient agrees to provide accurate and truthful information in the credit application and to cooperate with the clinic and the financial institution in the application process. 5.2. The patient understands that any ophthalmological surgery carries risks and agrees to follow pre- and post-operative medical instructions to ensure optimal recovery.
Modifications and Cancellations: 6.1. The clinic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of credits at any time, with prior notification to the patient. 6.2. In the event of cancellation of the ophthalmic surgery by the patient, the cancellation policies established by the clinic and the financial institution will apply.
Confidentiality: 7.1. All information provided by the patient in relation to the credit application will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By signing the credit application, the patient acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the aforementioned terms and conditions, as well as any other additional terms provided by ARRENDADORA TECNOLÓGICA R&B and SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y TURISMO LPS.
